روند اجرای پروژه: در این پروژه مطابق با نظر کارفرما بنا بود که بالکن رو به منظور استفاده کارمندان جهت اوقات فراغت و استراحت و گردهمایی با یک بودجه اقتصادی طراحی کنیم. لذا تصمیم گرفتیم طرح رو در یک بستر شنی اجرا کنیم که در هزینه صرفه جویی بشه و سپس از دک های چوبی که در دل این شن ها قرار گرفته اند به عنوان فضایی برای نشستن و دورهمی کارکنان استفاده بشه.
استفاده از تک فلاورباکس ها با درختچه های خزان دار و همیشه سبز در دل بستر شنی تلاشی بود در جهت سبزینگی هر چه بیشتر این فضا. در یکی از باکس های بزرگ این پروژه به ابعاد 2*2 متر درختچه یوکای 15 متری استفاده شد که ابهت و جلوه بسیار زیبا به این تراس بخشید.
